Take a sheet of paper and write the name of your fear at the top. Then list everything you can think of that describes your experience of the fear. Go to a copy shop and make thirty-three copies of this sheet of fear. Take the copies home and wad each paper into a paper ball. You will have a total of thirty-three "fear balls."

Carry this supply of fear balls with you throughout the next week. Whenever you begin thinking about your fear, get out a fear ball, go to the nearest trash can, and slam it into the can.
