Close your eyes and visualize your physical, emotional, and mental selves. After you see or sense these three aspects of yourself, envision your Higher Self — your spiritual part — above the other three. Softly say, 'Together, together, together,' three times — a total of nine togethers. As you repeat the words, picture the symbols for your physical, emotional, and mental aspects gathering together under, and finally into, your spiritual part.
