Even when the mouth is silent, the body has not yet said its last word. Then begins the dance, be it tragic or jubilant. God dances because the divine heart carries within it transformation and rest, covenant and intimacy. The body of Christ expresses this secret. It reveals this mystery. Beyond words there is a language of the body. This language can be lost in the twists and turns of earthly confusion, or it can allow itself to be drawn together into a unifying silence.
