Every living thing — cows and butterflies, grass and trees, rattlesnakes and thorn bushes — is given life through a spark of the Divine. A piece of bread, an apple, and a radish all have God within. Even those objects we call "inanimate" — a mountain, a piece of glass, a rock, a chair, a grain of sand — are all animated by God's light and filled with God's energy. Scientists may call it the phenomenon of faster or slower moving atoms. We call it God.
