How do we keep our spirit in good health? In the tradition taught to me by my Aztec teachers, the spirit is the part of us that is the sum total of our nutritional habits, whether good or bad; it is the energy generated from our feelings, whether balanced or unbalanced; and the energy created by our thoughts. The spirit is also the sum of our education and our intentions.
