Keeping the One is a Taoist practice that brings you closer to Tao. When you keep the One, you find balance in your life among mind, body, and spirit.

We have all, at times, experienced the One, if only for a brief moment; that feeling when everything is flowing smoothly and we are in harmony with our thoughts, feelings, and the environment. The more difficult challenge is to maintain this experience when circumstances push and pull away from balance. Keeping the One in these situations takes skills that you can develop with meditation.
