There is a delicious Middle Eastern dish called Imam Bayaldi, or "The Priest Fainted." The story is that a Muslim priest was invited to sample this dish, and was so overwhelmed by the taste of it that he fainted. There is a similar moment in the Zen story where a monk, walking down the street in a large American city, looked up, saw a flock of Canada geese migrating, and fainted with joy.
