We Americans are more and more isolated on the world scene. The Bush Administration has rejected the Kyoto agreement on global warming, has rejected an agreement to regulate the trade of small arms, has distanced itself from the Antiballistic Missile Treaty, the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty, and the Biological Weapons Convention.

The U.S. has refused to ratify the proposed International Criminal Court of Justice. To nullify the effort, America is proposing something to be known as The American Service Members Protection Act. This will authorize military force to free any American soldier taken into International Criminal Court custody. Touch us not!
