When things fall apart yoga can help. Yoga works from the inside helping us confront things we might prefer to ignore. Like a mirror, the practice throws back a clear reflection and yoga can also act a balm. So, in times of crisis, take refuge in yoga. Let it soothe you as it heals you. Things do fall apart every day. But they come together again with the inner movement called yoga.
