Within mainstream Christianity, only a few voices — including Olga and Ambrose Worrall, Agnes Sanford, and Morton Kelsey — have risen to proclaim a vision of healing congruent with modern science, the laws of nature, and the ministry of Jesus. Today, when people think of healing, they do not think of the church. Their minds turn to a metaphysical healer, a reiki practitioner, a massage therapist, or an acupuncturist.
