In this thought-provoking book, John C. Haughey, who currently coordinates Woodstock's Catholic Higher Education Program, looks at the third member of the Christian Trinity. The author calls the Spirit "the Completer" since its mission is whole-making work. Haughey uses a diary format to reflect upon his musings and help us make new connections between the Spirit, nature, the universe, and the sciences.

Here are some of the topics he probes: what can be learned about consciousness from neuroscience; what we are to do with the amazing detail that there are more neurons in the brains of each one of us here on Earth than there are stars in our galaxy; the Annunciation as "the biggest neon billboard the planet will ever see about the Spirit's mission"; the Spirit's work in bringing about a union between humanity and divinity; the importance of the fruits of the Spirit (Gal 5:22-3); and Haughey's high regard for the mysteries of the Spirit.
