Tic and Tac are two badgers who are bored. Their mother suggests they read one of their books but they say they've read all their books. What else have they done? They have built a fort and gone fishing. Then they realize that they have never helped hang the laundry. Their mom shows them how to take the clothes and sheet out of the basket, without dropping them on the ground, then use the clothespins to clip them on the line. While she goes to the market, they come up with a creative way to continue this chore which for them has become fun.

Writer and illustrator Jessixa Bagley has delivered a children's picture book that celebrates improvising and imagination. This book has been designed for children ages 3 through 6 years of age. We stand by those spunky souls who affirm creativity as the best antidote to boredom.
