This is the fourth and weakest installment in this series by Joseph Girzone. The vagabond carpenter Joshua arrives in a large city where crime, violence, and poverty are the norm. He heals a depressed woman who then takes in a 16-year-old runaway girl turned prostitute. After meeting her rich husband, Joshua convinces him to sponsor a vast inner city housing and building development. This is after he has stayed with some indigent blacks who take his advice and start an upholstery business. Joshua's easy spirit lifts the hearts of many people in the city. But the theme of his warfare with demonic people and a satanic cult seems totally out of place in the story.
