Remember that it is a sacred spiritual practice to celebrate good moments and blessings in your life by humbly and enthusiastically expressing gratitude to your Sustainer.

As a daily practice, recall a time when you felt a life-giving feeling of happiness, joy, passion, or beauty. If this is difficult, use your imagination to conjure up a situation that gives you an assuredly positive feeling. The subconscious does not differentiate between real and imagined. Locate that feeling in your body and with gratitude linger on those moments for as long as you can. Practice this technique daily and you will experience what mystics describe as a spring wind turning the ground green.
