The best single way to heal our troubled, schizophrenic approach to sexuality would be to adapt the Balinese saying, "We have no art. We do everything as beautifully as we can." Thus: "We have no 'sex'. We do everything as lovingly as we can."

There is no sexual technique, practice, or wisdom to be learned other than what is involved in mastering the other aspects of love. The best way to become a good sexual partner is to concentrate on becoming a loving human being. Practice paying attention, listening, empathy, compassion, sensuality. Nothing more, nothing less.
