Who was Yeshua? In the journey we have taken through various themes of his teaching, we have seen resonances with both the mythic first human in Jewish cosmology — Adam — and Hokhmah, Holy Wisdom. We have seen that he spoke about Sacred Unity in the form of spirit-breath, holiness-spaciousness, light-intelligence, and heaven and earth in ways that a person raised with a Semitic view of the universe would understand. At the same time, he challenged the conventional way that these concepts were being interpreted by the ruling class of his time. We can see him as mystic and prophet at the same time. Heard with Hebrew-Aramaic ears, the "kingdom" and new community he spoke of appear as both inner and outer.
