Spiritual practice in daily life is a way of liberating the soul and remembering what we really are. Practice takes many different forms. Some people practice within the context of traditional religion; others find their connection to Spirit in nontraditional ways. Here we will review methods that focus on inner work, cultivating wisdom and compassion, while engaging in ordinary life in the world. These practices may be done either alone or in the context of a group that shares similar values.
