The mind tends to wander into the past,
where the memories of yesterday
steal from us the treasure of the present.

We focus so much on what could have been,
or what can be,
that we forget the now.

Worrying about things that are not in our control.
The mind is complex,
but one thing is certain:
where you put your attention, it grows.

The way you choose to think
can determine who you are.

Your thoughts can become
destructive as well as a source of healing.

It’s up to you where you focus your attention.
It might be hard, but the power always lies with us.
