'A'ishah related the following:
I was riding a camel which was being stubborn, so I began to beat it. The Prophet (Peace and blessing of Allah be upon him) said to me: "Be kind, because kindness is an adornment to anything in which it is found, and anything from which it is lacking is disgraced."
