I argue that unexplained human abilities such as telepathy, the sense of being stared at, and premonition are not paranormal but normal, part of our biological nature. . . . I showed that these unexplained powers are widely distributed in the animal kingdom. . . . Although we ourselves are generally less sensitive, we share these abilities with many other species. We have partly lost or neglected these aspects of our evolutionary heritage. By investigating these abilities, rather than dismissing them, we will come to understand more about the nature of our minds and the invisible connections that link us to each other and to the world around us.
