Find more ways to tap into the spiritual wisdom of elders in your community. Involve young people in an oral history project where they tape elders talking about what they have learned in life. Keep the tapes at a local library or community center. Add a collection of stories, videos, and songs in which grandparents and elders are depicted as heroes.
